Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the day-to-day administration of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs within the Department of Anesthesiology.

You will supervise the Program Assistant, coordinate fellowship and residency activities, and ensure compliance with accrediting bodies while partnering with Fellowship Directors and the Program Administrator to support educational programming and program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience.
• Knowledge of residency management processes (ERAS, NRMP) preferred.
• Experience with New Innovations or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs.
• Supervise the Program Assistant and ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate fellowship/residency activities with directors and administrators.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment, ERAS processing, interview coordination and NRMP rankings.
