UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a dedicated professional to administer and coordinate one or more residency/fellowship programs. You will work closely with the Program Director to ensure successful implementation of activities, maintain records, manage the application process, and provide guidance on policies for residents and fellows.

The role involves day-to-day administrative operations, visa/licensure/credentialing support, and collaboration with leadership to ensure accreditation

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Two years of related experience or 60 semester hours may substitute for an Associate's Degree.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program, including educational activities and program-wide events.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with resident recruitment, selection, onboarding, visa requirements, licensure, and credentialing.
• Provide guidance on program policies and administrative matters.
• Work with the Program Director to ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies.
• Coordinate resident/fellow evaluations and prepare required reports for ACGME and other bodies.
• Maintain communications with residents, fellows, faculty, and staff.
