UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a GME Program Coordinator to manage fellowship programs within the Department of Surgery. The role combines administrative rigor with developmental leadership, requiring organization, confidentiality, and proactive problem solving.

The candidate will partner with the Program Director to ensure ACGME compliance, manage records and budgets, and support recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations across the GME portfolio.

Formación

• Education required: Associate's Degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• May require federal background investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of the GME program, including education activities and program events.
• Maintain program records, databases, and accreditation documentation.
• Assist with fellow recruitment, selection, and onboarding including visa, licensure, and credentialing.
• Support fellows on program policies and administrative matters.
• Ensure program compliance with ACGME requirements and institutional policies.
• Assist leadership with program quality initiatives and improvement projects.
• Coordinate fellow evaluations, including scheduling, data entry, and analysis.
• Prepare and submit required reports to ACGME and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain letters of agreement with affiliated institutions and training sites.
• Coordinate accreditation site visits and annual program evaluations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, fellows, faculty, staff, and stakeholders.
• Utilize MedHub and other program-specific applications; manage budget monitoring and reporting.
