Wellstar is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the GME residency program, working with the Program Director to manage compliance, budgeting, and educational activities across departments.

You will coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and interfaces with ERAS/NRMP systems, maintain databases, and ensure adherence to ACGME policies and hospital protocols. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, five years of administrative experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Interpret and apply ACGME and hospital policies to support compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and residency interview activities.
• Develop and maintain resident and program databases and reports.
• Manage departmental budget and financial activities for the residency program.
• Supervise residents administratively and coordinate education and evaluations.
• Assist with visa/citizenship issues and inter-institutional agreements.
