Job summary

HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a Program Administrator for Graduate Medical Education to support administrative, operational and financial management of residency and fellowship programs. This onsite role requires familiarity with ACGME rules and hospital policies, plus initiative and independent judgment.

You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and ongoing program activities, serving as a liaison for residents and faculty and supporting curriculum design and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in Graduate Medical Education or education.
• TAGME certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Residency Management Systems (MedHub or New Innovations) preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of residency or fellowship programs.
• Coordinate program recruitment and NRMP processes.
• Ensure program compliance with accreditation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for residents.
• Liaise with residents and faculty to ensure a positive educational experience.
• Oversee events, budgeting, site visits, and accreditation updates.
