Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Two years of experience in medical education or higher education support required.
• Graduate Medical Education experience preferred; TAGME credential referenced.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial management of the training program.
• Maintain program databases and websites (MedHub, ACGME WebADS, GMETrack).
• Plan and coordinate events such as Match Day, orientation, and graduation.
• Assist site visits, self-studies, and accreditation reviews.
• Collaborate with HR on resident issues and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME/CPME accreditation policies.
