Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of office administration experience in healthcare or education.
• Minimum 3 years of ACGME PC experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely organized with ability to analyze and organize information.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Independent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full support to the Program Director on program management and workflow improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME and hospital policies for accreditation.
• Supervise residents/interns/fellows and liaise with hospital administration on recruitment and affiliations.
• Organize trainee orientation, governance, and communication across departments.
• Maintain databases and manage program records and external publications.
• Oversee recruitment activities, exams, and NRMP/ERAS related duties where applicable.
• Coordinate program events, conferences, and related communications.
• Monitor duty hours and training experiences; manage internal program reports.
