HCA Healthcare's MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Administrator to manage residency programs onsite. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, program updates, and accreditation activities, guiding residents and faculty with strong organizational oversight.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in healthcare education, and familiarity with MedHub/New Innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• TAGME certification highly regarded
• Knowledge of Residency Management Systems (MedHub or New Innovations) preferred
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF software, online meeting platforms, email
• Ability to efficiently and accurately manage multiple tasks and projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship training programs.
• Coordinate and organize program recruitment efforts and the NRMP process.
• Understand the program accreditation requirements and assist in ensuring compliance.
• Prepare and maintain all required program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes.
• Serve as the resident/fellow liaison to ensure a positive educational experience.
• Assess and coordinate events and processes, including curricular activities, budget planning and site visits.
