Job summary

HCA Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Program Administrator to support residency and fellowship programs onsite at Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, CA.

You will manage daily operations, coordinate recruitment, and ensure accreditation compliance while maintaining essential program documentation. You will onboard residents, coordinate orientation, and serve as a liaison to faculty and residents, contributing to a positive learning environment and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• TAGME certification highly regarded.
• Knowledge of Residency Management Systems (MedHub or New Innovations) preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF software and online meeting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more residency or fellowship training programs.
• Coordinate program recruitment efforts and NRMP processes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements for residents and faculty.
• Prepare and maintain all required program/resident documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for residents and fellows.
• Serve as liaison to ensure a positive educational experience.
• Oversee events and processes including curriculum activities, onboarding, graduation and site visits.

Skills

3+ years healthcare experience

Excellent written and verbal comms

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Education
