Job summary

Temecula Valley Hospital is seeking a dedicated GME Program Coordinator to support the administrative and operational management of its ACGME residency programs. You will assist the Program Director, manage communications, and coordinate residency contracts, credentialing, and orientations, ensuring compliance with national standards.

Strong organizational skills and experience with ERAS and New Innovations are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of office administration experience (required).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required). Experience with New Innovations or other GME program management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Program Director and GME faculty and the day-to-day administration of the resident training program.
• Handle inquiries from residents and students via phone, fax, email, and walk-in.
• Coordinate ERAS processes and interview scheduling with faculty to ensure timely review of applications.
• Assist with contract preparation, appointment, credentialing, and orientation of residents and fellows.
• Maintain resident files and related systems, monitor duty hours, and support annual program events and rotations.
