VCU Health in the United States seeks a GME-Dept Program Coordinator to support graduate and undergraduate functions with program directors and the Senior Program Coordinator, ensuring alignment with GME and ACGME standards.

Under oversight from the Program Director, the role handles operations of residency/fellowship programs, coordinates with learners, faculty, and external bodies, and manages scheduling, reporting, and data entry using New Innovations.

Qualificações

• Minimum of one year of experience in program or project management in support of an education program.
• Experience using New Innovations, email, calendaring, Microsoft applications and web-based databases.
• Bachelor-level education or equivalent experience preferred; TAGME certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and detail-oriented skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit trainees and conduct trainee evaluations as part of program operations.
• Analyze administrative workflow, prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
• Prepare reports, maintain databases, and coordinate program communications.
• Serve as liaison with the Office of Graduate Medical Education, SOM Curriculum Office, and ACGME.
