Job summary

VCU Health System Authority is seeking a Program Coordinator to support graduate and undergraduate GME programs under the Program Director. You will ensure compliance with GME and ACGME requirements and assist with recruitment, trainee evaluations, workflow analysis and reporting.

The role requires coordinating with the Office of GME, SOM Curriculum Office, and ACGME, and may involve flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of program or project management experience.
• Experience using New Innovations, e-mail, calendaring, MS Office and web-based databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support graduate and undergraduate GME programs with program directors to stay in good standing with GME/ACGME.
• Under direction of the Program Director, manage program operations for accredited/non-accredited residency/fellowship training.
• Recruit trainees, conduct trainee evaluations, analyze workflows, and manage deadlines and reporting.
• Serve as liaison with the Office of GME, SOM Curriculum Office, and ACGME; coordinate with students, residents, fellows, and faculty.
