Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience with New Innovations, email, calendars, and Microsoft applications; familiarity with web-based databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support GME/ACGME accredited programs to ensure compliance and standing.
• Recruit trainees and support trainee evaluations; analyze workflow and manage deadlines.
• Prepare reports, maintain databases, and manage program communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with the Office of Graduate Medical Education and other departments as needed.
