Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in program or project management, preferably in supporting an accredited education program.
• Experience using New Innovations, e-mail, calendaring, and Microsoft applications.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, HR, Education or related field; or equivalent years relevant experience.
• Master's Degree in Education, Business, Finance, Human Resources or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support graduate and undergraduate functions with program directors to ensure compliance.
• Process and analyze administrative workflows, prioritize tasks, and manage projects to meet deadlines.
• Prepare reports, maintain databases, and facilitate program relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison with the Office of GME, SOM Curriculum Office, and ACGME.
