Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating GME programs or related healthcare functions.
• Strong mentoring, training, and cross-team collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full administrative support for assigned GME programs in compliance with standards.
• Lead onboarding and training for new coordinators with training materials.
• Mentor team members and serve as a resource during transition periods.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and implement improvements.
• Facilitate cross-training to ensure coverage across programs.
• Maintain documentation and workflows for standardized practices.
• Participate in committees to improve GME operations.
• Coordinate weekly coordinator meetings to meet deadlines set by GME/ACGME.
• Monitor team performance and ensure support to meet program needs.
• Inform Associate Administrator of any concerns regarding team members or programs.
