The role involves recruiting trainees, evaluating progress, and maintaining databases and reports. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of GME policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of program or project management experience.
• Experience with New Innovations, email, calendars, and Microsoft tools.
• Prior GME or accredited education program support is preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret policies related to education programs.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support graduate and undergraduate functions with directors.
• Recruit trainees and conduct trainee evaluations.
• Analyze administrative workflow and manage deadlines.
• Compile reports and maintain databases.
• Maintain program relations and internal/external communications.
