Job summary

Virginia Commonwealth University Health's GME department seeks a Senior Program Coordinator to oversee both graduate and undergraduate functions in coordination with program directors, ensuring compliance with GME and ACGME standards. The role requires strong project management, policy interpretation, and liaison work with the SOM Curriculum Office and external partners.

Evenings/weekends may be required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in program or project management in an education setting.
• Experience with software including New Innovations, e-mail, calendars and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with students, residents, fellows, and program directors.
• Ensure programs remain in good standing with GME and ACGME.
• Recruit trainees, manage evaluations, reporting and deadlines.
• Develop and sustain productive relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
