Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Experience: 5 years in a GME/educational development environment with a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: Master's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains knowledge of accreditation requirements and serves as a resource for GME accreditation.
• Advises Program Directors and Coordinators on accreditation processes.
• Coordinates and monitors GMEC and subcommittees.
• Assists with Annual Institutional Review/Action Plan updates.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and develops improvement initiatives via DIO/GMEC collaboration.
• Facilitates CLER visits, self-studies, and site visits.
• Oversees agenda development for GME Advisory Council meetings.
• Works with program stakeholders to ensure timely completion of program applications and evaluations.
