Job summary
Legends Hospitality, LLC in the United States seeks a General Manager to lead all day-to-day venue operations, including concessions, retail, catering, and premium services, with a focus on guest experience and profitability.
The GM reports to the property leadership team, drives financial performance, manages event support, and ensures compliance with alcohol, OSHA, payroll and EEO guidelines while developing talent and orchestrating annual budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5–7 years management experience in contract foodservice, ideally in a sports/entertainment venue.
- Experience overseeing high-volume concessions or premium services in a sport/entertainment venue.
- Experience with selling alcohol and managing guest services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee concessions, retail, catering, and premium services.
- Lead the property leadership team and develop talent, promoting from within.
- Develop yearly operational budgets and manage monthly P&L statements; ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Ensure unit compliance with alcohol, OSHA, payroll, employment and EEO guidelines.
