Zusammenfassung

REVELxp is seeking a General Manager to oversee events at a designated venue, recruit and train local staff, and ensure service excellence. The GM leads operations on event days, manages budgets, and serves as the main on-site contact for partners.

This role involves night and weekend work, potential travel, and a fast-paced environment requiring strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive memorable fan experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or minimum two years of large-scale sports and event management experience.
• Proven leadership in managing large teams in fast-paced environments.
• Previous football operations or large-event experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to the staff for the account in the office and at events.
• Lead staff training on venue standards and safety procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and expand opportunities.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and timekeeping for all events.
