Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee a location’s guest experience, operations, and team performance. You will drive daily activities across games, food & beverage, and retail, ensuring brand standards and safety.

The role requires leading by example, coaching staff, and delivering strong financial results. Ideal candidates bring 3–5+ years in entertainment/hospitality leadership, solid communication skills, and a track record of managing high-volume

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership in family entertainment, arcade, hospitality, theme park, or retail operations.
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong business acumen with comfort in P&L ownership, labor management, and operational analytics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to other locations if required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across games, attractions, food & beverage, and retail, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Champion optimal player conditions by monitoring game uptime and equipment functionality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized environment meeting OSHA, ADA, and local codes.
• Analyze guest feedback and reviews to elevate service delivery and satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, vendor performance, and preventative maintenance to ensure reliability.
