Toptal is seeking a General Manager, Industrial Products & Services. You will own strategy, growth, and profitability across multiple industrial sectors, with full P&L and budget authority.

You will win new enterprise clients, expand relationships, and translate client challenges into viable proposals across AI, managed services, and talent offerings. You will lead executive conversations, shape proposals, and drive deals to close.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading enterprise services sales teams.
• 12+ years managing an industry business unit with operations experience.
• Experience closing complex enterprise opportunities with a solid business case.

Responsibilities
