Job summary

Toptal is seeking a General Manager, Industrial Products & Services (IPS) to own strategy, growth, and profitability across Automotive, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Logistics sectors. You will manage full P&L, build client relationships, and lead a team to deliver sustained, profitable growth.

You will drive commerce by winning new enterprise clients, expanding existing relationships, and shaping proposals across services, AI solutions, and talent offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading professional services sales teams in Industrial Products & Services.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS or services sales teams and expanding client relationships.
• Strong ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the industry strategy with growth potential and a clear IPS business plan.
• Own the P&L and budget, including pricing, delivery economics, retention, and portfolio mix.
• Win and expand enterprise client relationships, guiding opportunities through discovery, solution development, negotiation, and close.
• Lead and develop the IPS team, establish objectives, and ensure accountability in high-growth settings.
• Maintain credibility of forecast, challenge opportunity values, and address shortfalls with actions.
