Job summary

Toptal is seeking a General Manager for Industrial Products & Services (IPS) to own strategy, growth, and profitability across Automotive, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Logistics clients. You will drive new enterprise wins, expand relationships, and deliver sustained growth with full P&L authority.

You will translate client challenges into viable proposals across AI, managed services, and talent offerings, directing markets, accounts, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading professional services or SaaS sales teams in industrial sectors.
• Ability to manage P&L and budgets with clear accountability for revenue and profitability.
• Strong ability to win new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the industry strategy with clear growth priorities and financial objectives.
• Own the P&L, budget, pricing, delivery economics, and portfolio mix.
• Win new enterprise clients through strategic account pursuit, discovery, and negotiation.
• Expand client relationships across buying centers and align opportunities to portfolio.
• Lead senior client conversations, shape proposals, and drive complex commercial negotiations.
• Develop and coach the IPS team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
