• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years leading professional services sales teams in Industrial Products and Services.
• 12+ years running an industry business unit with P&L and budgets.
• Deep relationships from director to C-level with key buyers.
• Proven ability to close complex enterprise opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the industry strategy with growth priorities.
• Own P&L, budget, pricing, and investments; ensure profitability.
• Win new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships.
• Develop opportunities across IPS services, AI, and talent offerings.
• Lead executive client conversations and negotiations to close.
• Build and mentor the IPS team and maintain forecast accuracy.
