Job summary

Toptal is seeking a General Manager, Industrial Products & Services (IPS) to own strategy, growth, and profitability across Automotive, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Logistics sectors. You will lead enterprise sales, build and coach a high-performing IPS team, and drive value through AI solutions, managed services, and talent offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.
12+ years of experience running and managing an industry business unit.
5+ years of success leading professional services sales teams in Industrial Products and Services.
Strong industry relationships at director to C-level.
Experience closing complex enterprise opportunities and shaping business cases.

Responsibilities

Set and execute the industry strategy and IPS business plan with clear priorities.
Own the P&L and budget; manage revenue, profitability, and spending.
Expand and retain client relationships across buying centers and portfolio.
Establish account planning ownership and drive progress with teams.
Coordinate with services leaders, solution architects, and specialists to develop credible proposals.
Maintain a credible forecast and manage risks to plan.
