Job summary

Toptal is seeking a General Manager, Industrial Products & Services (IPS) to own strategy, growth, and profitability across Automotive, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Logistics. You will lead enterprise client engagements, shape proposals, and drive full P&L with budget authority in a remote, US-based role.

You will build the team, expand client relationships, and translate client challenges into credible, differentiated offerings across services, AI solutions, and talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience leading professional services sales teams, with a strong energy/Industrial Products and Services focus.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the industry strategy with growth potential and financial objectives.
• Own the P&L and budget, manage revenue, profitability and spending.
• Win new enterprise clients and lead priority accounts through discovery, solution development, negotiation, and close.
• Expand and retain client relationships, aligning across buying centers and opportunities.
• Make account planning actionable with clear priorities, ownership, and progress indicators.
• Bring the right expertise into sales through collaboration with services leaders and specialists.
• Maintain a credible forecast and address risks to pipeline and revenue.
• Build and develop the IPS team, recruiting and coaching to improve performance.
• Achieve objectives for IPS revenue, profitability, and budget within the year.
