Job summary

Museum of Illusions in New York is seeking an experienced operations leader to guide a team of about 15 staff, ensuring seamless daily operations and a high-performance culture. You will oversee budgeting, P&L responsibility, marketing events, community outreach, and brand stewardship, while partnering with sales, marketing, and external partners to drive revenue and excellent guest experiences.

• Oversee operations, marketing events, and revenue growth.
• Budgeting and P&L oversight with strong stakeholder relations.
