Responsibilities

• Maintain full P&L accountability for all operations.
• Develop and execute business plans across HVAC, Plumbing, Sewer, and Electrical.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and KPI goals through operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams including operations, finance, HR, and marketing.
• Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing leaders and field teams.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and same-day service.
