You will own the full scope of the business, drive community presence, build a high-performing team, and elevate operational systems to deliver exceptional care services daily. The role emphasizes ownership mindset, growth, and compliance with company standards; strong leadership and strategic planning are essential for success in a fast-paced home-care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience with multi-territory operations and P&L responsibility.
• Proven sales-minded leadership and strong relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations from a centralized office.
• Lead location performance across culture, revenue, profitability, and staffing.
• Oversee services across territories with focus on growth and efficiency.
• Drive top-line sales and profitability goals.
• Own Full P&L responsibility to maximize revenue.
• Recruit, train, and retain administrative staff.
• Foster staff retention through recognition and relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements.
• Build community relationships and referral networks.
• Maintain a positive, values-driven workplace culture.
• Lead weekly team meetings and monthly 1:1s with direct reports.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics.
