Job summary

A Milwaukee-based home care organization is seeking a Director/General Manager to drive revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction. You will lead a skilled team, oversee caregiver recruitment, scheduling, and quality of service, and report to the company President.

You will shape budgets, pricing strategies, and growth plans while controlling expenses, coaching staff, and delivering exceptional service to older adults and their families in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of sales and management experience, preferably in business operations or a service-based industry (i.e. retail).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals, grow revenue, and drive profitability.
• Strong leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, developing, and holding team members accountable.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to strategic pricing, budgeting, and growth plans.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• A genuine commitment to providing exceptional service to older adults and their families.
