The role includes supervising Operations, Administrative, and Sales teams, coordinating with Marketing, and ensuring customer satisfaction and staff engagement. Strong leadership and budgeting experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits.
• Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals are achieved.
• Ensures safety, Health & Environmental culture and training programs exist and resources are provided.
• Maintains company-owned inventory within required % of annual sales and shrinkage.
• Coordinates with Marketing to implement local digital and media strategy and brand standards.
• Reviews customer satisfaction daily and resolves issues the same day.
