Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in non-medical home care or related field.
• 3+ years in business development or sales.
• Proven track record of growing census and revenue with numbers.
• Multi-site or territory management experience preferred.
• Strong P&L, KPI, and CRM analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build territory development plans and develop relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, hospices, senior living communities, elder law attorneys, and referral partners.
• Set, track, and report on KPIs (new client starts, weekly billable hours, lead-to-start, retention, gross margin).
• Oversee intake speed-to-lead and inquiry conversion processes.
• Manage office P&Ls and budgets; identify opportunities to grow revenue and control costs.
• Drive team development through training programs, mentorship, and leadership initiatives.
• Recruit, coach, and hold accountable office staff, care coordinators, and schedulers.
• Partner with ownership on pricing, service expansion, and long-term growth strategy.
• Ensure compliance with California Home Care Services Bureau requirements.
