Constellation in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead our dining and catering operations. You will manage all restaurant functions, guide a team of associates, and ensure adherence to culinary, safety and sanitation standards in a high-service environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of coordinating food service operations in fine dining, strong communication with staff and executives, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Certification like ServSafe/HACCP is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Experience in fine dining.
• Excellent communication with hourly staff and company executives.
• Ability to manage in a diverse client-focused environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of the restaurant and catered services.
• Lead and train a team of associates, including hiring and development.
• Ensure staff meet culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Budget for the department, including purchasing ingredients and meeting targets.
• Consult with district manager or other departments on dining service aspects.
