Constellation in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead our dining and catering operations. You will manage all restaurant functions, guide a team of associates, and ensure adherence to culinary, safety and sanitation standards in a high-service environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of coordinating food service operations in fine dining, strong communication with staff and executives, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Certification like ServSafe/HACCP is a plus.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add a motivated, effective General Manager to our Constellation Culinary Group team in West Palm Beach, FL. As a GM, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team in a renouned Cultural setting! Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a fine dining setting, as well as catering / events operational experience. Please be focused on high service standards, leading a team, and building and fostering a positive client relationship.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing all functions of the restaurant and catered services.
• Manage and lead a team of associates, including hiring and training new employees.
• Ensuring that staff meet all culinary, safety, and sanitation standards and regulations.
• Budgeting for the department, including directly purchasing ingredients and ensuring the account meets all targets and forecasts.
• Conferring with the district manager or other departments regarding the technical and administrative aspects of dining service.

What we're looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least five years of experience coordinating food service operations.
• Previous experience with fine dining.
• Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with both hourly staff and company executives.
• The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a strong focus on client and customer services and satisfaction.
• Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications.
