Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience.
• Proven success managing high-volume dining operations and catering programs.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing budgets, labor, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of a high-profile account.
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
• Oversees scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintains strong client relationships and collaborates with Chef and leadership to create menus.
