Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive foodservice leadership experience.
• Proven success managing high-volume dining operations and catering programs.
• Experience overseeing budgets, financial performance, labor management, and cost controls.
• Exceptional leadership, client relationships, and team development skills.
• Commutable distance to Miami is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manage day-to-day operations of a high-profile account.
• Conduct HR functions, including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, guests, and client.
• Collaborate with Chef and management on menus and culinary programs.
