Qualifications

• 8+ years in food service, hospitality, or catering with leadership exp.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L experience.
• Proven client relationship and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-profile dining and catering operation end-to-end.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Develop and mentor managers and frontline staff.
• Partner with client to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
