As Assistant General Manager, you will be a key leader, partnering with the General Manager to elevate the guest experience, coach teams, and drive strong business performance. This hands‑on leadership role balances hospitality with operational and financial results,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality group.
• Proven ability to lead from the floor and elevate guest experience.
• Track record of building strong restaurant cultures.
• Strong guest service instincts with coaching to high standards.
• Experience with labor, costs, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor, coaching during service and ensuring hospitality.
• Own the guest experience, anticipate needs and resolve concerns with empathy.
• Develop people and culture, creating value and accountability across the team.
• Partner with the General Manager to recruit, interview, onboard, develop, and retain staff.
• Lead and coach restaurant leaders through opening, service, and closing shifts.
• Own labor deployment during service and balance guest experience with productivity and costs.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Partner with the GM to manage inventory, food cost, waste, and COGS.
• Contribute to P&L performance by tracking sales and costs to drive profitability.
• Step into the General Manager's responsibilities as needed for future opportunities.
