Job summary

IWG is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive workspace solutions across the Richmond, VA area. You will engage prospects, conduct tours, present tailored proposals, and close contracts to grow revenue in your territory.

You will nurture broker and client relationships, prospect new leads, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary, commissions, and advancement within a global network.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in field-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads, generate new clients, and maximize area revenue.
• Conduct tours, present proposals, finalize contracts and promote services.

• Identify opportunities through networking, digital marketing and follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of products, trends and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and inside sales to ensure satisfaction.
• Record sales activity and customer interactions in CRM.
