Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Workplace Services leader to create seamless, high-performing workplace experiences across facilities, catering, hospitality and essential services. You will drive governance, performance metrics and cost controls while partnering with senior leaders to balance employee experience with business needs.

The role requires 4+ years across workplace services, strong English communication, and proven ability to manage contracts, SLAs and budgets in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years across workplace, facilities, hospitality, catering, office operations or related services.
• Experience leading workplace operations across multiple locations and managing internal teams, vendors or service providers.
• Experience managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Fluency in English with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workplace operations including facilities, maintenance, cleaning, catering, space utilisation, parking, ticketing and service delivery.
• Lead vendor and IFM partnerships, including RFPs, contracts, negotiations, SLAs, KPIs and performance management, ensuring quality, value and innovation.
• Lead complex workplace projects and transformation programs, including office openings and moves, workplace transformations, RTO, regional events and global initiatives.
• Own budgets, forecasting, investment decisions, cost controls and productivity initiatives, balancing service quality with efficient use of resources.
• Partner with Food/F&B and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality food, hospitality, events, community and workplace experiences that support employees and business priorities.
• Use operational data, user feedback and technology to identify trends, inform decisions and improve service delivery, efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with senior business and functional leaders across Real Estate, EHS, Security, IT and HR.
