Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Workplace Catering Operations professional to support daily food operations, manage catering vendors, and help improve programs across a global workplace. You’ll analyze feedback and data, collaborate with teams in Safety, Facilities, Real Estate and Finance, and contribute to delivering high‑quality food experiences employees enjoy.

This hands-on role covers budgeting, procurement, scheduling, inventory, and food safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, hospitality, catering management, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience; internships and coursework count.
• Proficient with data tools (Excel/Google Sheets) and quick to learn new systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of food and catering services.
• Manage catering and food service vendors; monitor performance.
• Support food-related projects and operational improvements based on feedback and data.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, taste and service standards.
• Coordinate inventory, staffing, scheduling, and regional coverage.
• Track budgets, procurement, and resources; use data for cost optimization.
• Collect and analyse information from feedback and performance data; report insights.
• Collaborate with Workplace, Safety, Facilities, Real Estate, Finance and others to deliver programs.
