Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior leader to scale Workplace Services across multiple sites, spanning facilities, catering, hospitality and essential services. You will translate strategy into scalable operating models, govern performance, and drive continuous improvement while balancing experience and cost.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience across workplace, facilities, hospitality, catering, office operations or related services.
• Experience leading workplace operations across multiple locations.
• Experience managing contracts, SLAs, KPIs, budgets and commercial performance.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop workplace services across multiple sites, covering operations, hard and soft services, catering, workplace experience and vendor delivery.
• Translate regional workplace strategy into scalable operating models, service standards and solutions that improve employee experience, productivity, resilience and cost efficiency.
• Oversee workplace operations including facilities, maintenance, cleaning, catering, space utilisation, parking, ticketing and service delivery, with governance and metrics.
• Lead vendor and IFM partnerships, including RFPs, contracts, negotiations, SLAs, KPIs and performance management.
• Lead complex workplace projects and transformation programs, including office openings and moves, RTO, regional events and global initiatives.
• Own budgets, forecasting, investment decisions, cost controls and productivity initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver food, hospitality, events and experiences that support employees and priorities.
• Use data and feedback to inform decisions and improve service delivery and user experience.
