Job summary

TikTok seeks a Workplace Experience Graduate (Administration) for a 2027 start in San Jose. You will support daily operations across food services, facilities, janitorial and front-of-house reception, while coordinating vendors and programs to enhance employee experiences.

You'll build skills in vendor management, data analysis, budgeting, health and safety, and project coordination within a global workplace team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Facilities Management, Food Science, Nutrition, Business Management, or related field.
• Internships or coursework in workplace services, hospitality, food, or related fields.
• Comfortable with data and everyday tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) and eager to learn new systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a reliable, follow-through mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily workplace operations across food services, facilities, janitorial and front-of-house reception.
• Assist with vendor coordination and monitor service performance, building relationships with vendors.
• Help deliver great food experiences by supporting program operations and quality control.
• Conduct walkthroughs and inspections to identify facility defects, cleanliness issues and improvements across offices and common areas.
• Turn data into ideas by collecting and analyzing employee feedback and operational data, creating reports and trends.
• Support projects end-to-end, coordinating timelines, tracking actions, and communicating updates.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver successful workplace programs with Workplace, Safety, Real Estate and Finance.
