TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a senior Workplace leader to direct global real estate, facilities, and EHS programs. You will drive efficiency, real estate strategy, and end-to-end project delivery while leading a 10–15 person team and selected external partners.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Workplace, Facilities, or Real Estate management.
3+ years in direct people-management role with hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Experience managing multi-city or global office footprints across regulatory environments.
Deep knowledge of commercial leasing structures and end-to-end construction project management.
Proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets, cost-benefit analyses, and presenting ROI to executives.
Exceptional writing and presentation skills; distilling operational data into executive summaries.

Responsibilities

Manage daily workplace operations and infrastructure across locations.
Oversee real estate strategy and end-to-end lifecycle including site selection and lease negotiation.
Lead global team of 10–15 FTEs and select BPOs, building internal capability.
Oversee office build-outs and renovations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and brand standards.
Balance hospitality with operational efficiency to boost productivity and employee experience.
Transform operations to reduce reliance on outsourced services and insource critical capabilities.
