TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a seasoned Workplace leader to manage global facilities, real estate, EHS compliance, and vendor partnerships in Los Angeles. You will shape strategy, optimize budgets, and lead a 10–15 person team while driving an exceptional in-office experience.

The role emphasizes insourcing, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering cost-efficient, safe, and scalable workplace operations across multiple sites in a rapidly scaling organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Workplace, Facilities, or Real Estate management.
• 3+ years in direct people-management with hiring and performance reviews.
• Proven experience managing multi-city or global office footprints across diverse regulatory environments.
• Deep knowledge of commercial leasing structures and end-to-end construction project management.
• Proficiency in managing complex spreadsheets, cost-benefit analyses, and presenting ROI data to executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional writing and presentation skills; distill complex operational data into actionable executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workplace operations and infrastructure across locations.
• Lead real estate strategy, site selection, lease negotiation, and move-in.
• Manage OpEx/CapEx budgets and vendor contracts to optimize value.
• Drive insourcing and reduce reliance on external agencies.
• Lead a global team of 10–15 FTEs and select BPOs.
• Ensure projects meet timeline, budget, and brand standards.
