ZS is seeking a Workplace Experience Director to lead a broad function across multiple offices, driving consistent service delivery and operating standards. The role involves managing senior workplace talent, capacity planning, and coordinating with senior stakeholders to align services with business needs.

• University degree or equivalent with at least ten years in the field.
• Advanced technical and operational expertise leading managers and multi-team operations.
• Ability to lead multiple teams and achieve operational goals that impact short‑ to mid‑term performance.
• Strong decision-making for resource allocation, workforce planning, and service delivery models.
• Excellent communication with senior internal stakeholders, external clients, vendors, and cross‑functional partners.

Responsabilidades

• Drive workplace experience delivery across multiple offices to ensure consistent execution of services.
• Manage and develop manager-level and senior workplace talent, including coaching and performance planning.
• Oversee staffing capacity, workload allocation, and service coverage across teams to maintain service levels.
• Reinforce and elevate workplace service standards and employee experience expectations.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align services strategy with business needs.
• Drive cross-location coordination to address escalated issues and vendor governance across locations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and service delivery issues, ensuring alignment with expectations.
• Drive process improvements and standardization across workplace teams and locations.
• Guide managers in onboarding, training, and capability building across teams.
