Job summary

Perplexity is seeking a Global Workplace Business Operations Lead to drive and scale the Workplace Experience function across our global offices. You will own operating frameworks, portfolio controls and performance planning, partnering with Finance and external vendors to deliver on time, within budget, and with high quality.

This senior role requires strong leadership across multi‑site programs and a hands‑on approach to delivering results.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with 8+ years in workplace operations, corporate real estate or facilities programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site programs and cross‑functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and quarterly planning for Workplace Experience domains.
• Oversee internal capital‑project delivery across office openings and refreshes.
• Ensure portfolio controls, lease administration and data reporting are robust.
• Partner with Finance to forecast, analyze variances and drive action.
• Set systems and reporting roadmap for workplace tools and data quality.
• Govern EHS program governance and risk remediation across offices.
• Define playbooks and handover criteria for projects to local operations.
• Lead cross‑functional reviews and present clear recommendations.
