Job summary

Perplexity is seeking a Global Workplace Operations Lead to scale our Workplace Experience across global offices. You will own planning, governance and delivery, coordinating internal teams and external partners to meet budget and schedule. The role balances hands-on project work with strategic portfolio management.

You will drive financial planning, reporting and operational improvements, including system tools like Envoy, while maintaining a service-oriented approach for colleagues worldwide.

• Senior leadership with multi-site program experience.
• Track record delivering complex workplace programs.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and data interpretation.
• Ability to drive governance and performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workplace operating framework with planning and resource alignment.
• Lead internal capital-project delivery across office openings and refreshes.
• Maintain portfolio controls, lease tracking and reporting.
• Drive financial planning, forecasts, and variance analysis with Finance.
• Set tool requirements and governance for workplace systems like Envoy.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and provide actionable recommendations.
• Establish playbooks, handover criteria and project readiness standards.
• Serve as a senior operating partner across teams and vendors.
