Job summary

EY’s People Consulting group seeks a seasoned WFS expert to lead global ADP WFS implementations and optimization projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions across geographies.

Ideal candidates have a Big 4 or global consultancy background, WFS certifications, and strong timekeeping/attendance expertise. Expect travel and a hybrid work model with client sites or EY offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• WFS certification preferred, ideally in Timekeeping.
• Experience with global ADP WFS implementations.
• Background at a Big 4 or global consultancy is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large-scale WFS projects, primarily ADP WFS, delivering client-ready work.
• Identify improvement initiatives to enhance WFS quality and reduce risk.
• Coordinate transitions during ADP WFS solution implementations and transformations.
• Develop proposals and deliver client presentations to support business development and revenue.
